EBSZ 2010 Prize-draw

  1. In the prize draw (hereafter: Game), organised by the Hungarian Building Machine Dealer and Leasing Association (EBSZ) (hereafter: Organiser) only that person (hereafter: Participant) can participate, who participates at the EBSZ 2010 Building Machine Exhibition, organised by the Organiser, and also fills in completely the available registration form and hands it in at the exhibition.
  2. Participants must complete and hand in registration forms during the term of the EBSZ 2010 Exhibition, 16-18th September in order to take part in the game. These registration forms function as raffle tickets.
  3. On all the three days of the term of the game valuable prizes will be raffled and on the last day of the exhibition the first prize will be raffled.
    Time of raffle:
    16th September, 2010. Thursday 15:00
    17th September, 2010. Friday 15:00
    18th September, 2010. Saturday 15:00
  4. First prize: the first prize of the game is a wellness weekend at the 3-star Hotel Laroba, with half-board service.
  5. The raffling of the first prize will be held at the EBSZ 2010 Building Machine Exhibition, at 3 o’ clock pm, on 18th September, 2010.
  6. The organiser raffles only one first prize at the exhibition. In case the chosen raffle ticket fails to meet the conditions listed in point 1. above, the organiser raffles another ticket, as long as that ticket meets all the requirements.
  7. The winner of the first prize will be informed orally by the organiser at the exhibition, and also in written by post. The organiser hands the prize personally to the winner at a previously agreed appointment.
  8. Employees and workers of the organiser (Hungarian Building Machine Dealer and Leasing Association), and their close relatives determined in the 685.§.b point  of Civil code and also employees involved in the organisation of the game are excluded from participation in the game.
  9. Information in connection with the game and the official regulations of the game are available at the official web site of the Hungarian Building Machine Dealer and Leasing Association , and also at the exhibition.
  10. Data supply according to point 1. is voluntary. By the handing in of the registration forms into the collecting box, the participants give their consent of
  • Their personal data entering the database of the Organiser, and being used without limitation in the future–until the receipt of their consent refusal- without any further compensation or permission, during the organisation of the game, and also for its own marketing activity, and also the research and direct marketing activity, according to the CXIX/1995 act of name and address data handling.
  • by their participation in the game they accept all the regulations of the game.
  • that Participant, who does not want to receive registered marketing offers in the future, may ask for the deletion of his/her personal data from the database at the following postal address: Hungarian Building Machine Dealer and Leasing Association, 2045 Törökbálint, árpád u. 143. The database is not handed over to any third parties.
  • the Organiser shall not accept any liability in connection with the prizes. The winner can enforce his/her right within legal regulations against the producer/distributor of the prizes, marked by the Organiser at the handing of the prizes.
